Securely upload your project documents. Up to 500 MB per file, with confidence. From detailed architectural plans to full quantity schedules, provide vendors with everything they need to prepare accurate, binding quotations. Each upload is securely linked to your quote request, ensuring your files remain accessible for future reference and project tracking.
STEP 2
Enter your construction site address at checkout to activate secure vendor dispatch. Your request is automatically sent to six verified vendors. Three from the PCS network and three from your custom vendor list. Each vendor receives your project details and documents, enabling them to prepare accurate quotations.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full contact details for all six vendors, ensuring transparent communication and easy follow‑ups

Empower your procurement process with full control. Our Custom Database allows users to select, include, or exclude vendors before sending quotation requests. You can choose to dispatch RFQs to anywhere from one to six vendors, ensuring precision and flexibility in every enquiry.

How do I get approved for testing?
Send an email with your company details to request approval for testing.
What do I get when I subscribe?
You receive an onboarding package that includes a custom database for your vendors, a list of our vendors with their phone numbers, and quantity surveying (QS) support.
When will I receive my quotes?
Vendors usually take between 3 and 10 days to provide quotes. Follow-ups by PCS and you can help reduce the turnaround time for binding quotes.
How do I use the system?
Simply upload your drawings and the required information, then check out as you would in an online store. Check out one trade at a time to trigger the system. Checkout captures your construction-site address and triggers the emails to be sent.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply email us, and we’ll cancel your subscription immediately. If you’re comfortable sharing why you’re leaving, we’d appreciate your feedback. It helps us understand your experience and improve PCS for you and our other clients.
