Terms & Conditions 

These terms apply to payments made to Procure Construction Solutions through PayFast, including subscription services. They do not apply to our free quote-request checkout.

Payments

PayFast securely processes your payment. Procure Construction Solutions does not store your card or banking details. By completing payment, you authorise the amount and payment frequency shown at checkout.

Pro-rated subscriptions

Subscription charges are calculated on a pro-rated basis where applicable. The applicable price and billing period will be shown before payment is completed.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused time, partial subscription periods, completed services or cancelled subscriptions. Any exception must be agreed by Procure Construction Solutions in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a message through our contact form or by emailing pcs@procureconstructionsolutions.com. Cancellation stops future billing from the next applicable billing date. Cancelling does not create a refund for amounts already paid.

Payment problems

If you believe a payment was made in error or you need help with a payment, contact us with your PayFast payment reference. We will investigate the matter and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Payment provider

Payments may be subject to PayFast's own terms and the rules of your bank or payment provider. Procure Construction Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by PayFast, banks or other payment providers.
