Construction quote requests
Select the Main Contractor work and specialist Subcontractor trades your project needs. Add drawings and project documents, review your selections and submit the free quote request with the site address. Your confirmation provides vendor company names and contact numbers for follow-up. Read each trade description to understand its scope before submitting.
Digital estimating support
Our construction chatbots help you work through trade information when you do not yet have a complete bill of quantities (BOQ) or drawings. They can assist with preambles, item descriptions and itemised estimating inputs, including materials, labour and delivery assumptions. Treat generated outputs as working estimates and check them against your project documents, specifications and supplier quotes before using them for decisions or submissions.
Quantity surveying and project support
Our QS support follows the work from agreements to handover, with the scope agreed for each project:
- Agreements and project setup: review the proposed scope and contract information, including JBCC, GCC, NEC and FIDIC matters where applicable.
- Budgets and tender preparation: develop or review quantities, BOQs, descriptions, rate breakdowns and pricing information for tenders and trade enquiries.
- Procurement and approvals: organise trade quote requests, compare pricing information and support approval processes and project decisions.
- Construction and contract administration: assist with valuations, variations, cost tracking, contract questions and disputes as required by the agreed scope.
- Completion and handover: support final account information, close-out documentation and commercial handover.
